1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.


2. Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The item is significantly different from what was described
  • The item never arrives after 60 days (due to lost shipment)

To be eligible for a review, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or proof of the issue

We reserve the right to deny any refund or replacement request at our sole discretion.


3. Wrong Size or Buyer’s Remorse

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Choosing the wrong size, color, or variation
  • “Changing your mind” after ordering
  • Minor shipping delays or customs processing time

Please review all product information carefully before placing your order.


4. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers (e.g. AliExpress). Shipping times typically range from 7 to 30 business days, depending on your location. Some items may arrive in multiple shipments.

We are not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
  • Local import restrictions

5. Lost or Undeliverable Packages

If your order is marked as “delivered” by the courier, we are not liable for missing packages. Please check with your local postal service and neighbors.
